5 wonderful weeks with Blunderbus Theatre Company

I have been lucky enough to work on another Blunderbus project and I had such a fantastic time! The project was a build for 'The Owl Who Was Afraid Of The Dark'. We also did some alterations on The Selfish Crocodile, and we designed and created for The Very Snowy Christmas. My role was to focus on the costume and the textiles within the shows. Myself and the design team, Bill, Lisa, Jayne, and Lucy spent a week creating characters, costume ideas, and set models. Then the build team arrived, and what a lovely group of people. It was such a privilege to work amongst such fun and talented people!!

'The Owl Who Was Afraid Of The Dark' with Blunderbus Theatre Company

I am currently working with Blunderbus Theatre Company designing and creating costume, set, and puppetry for their three forthcoming tours. I am specifically heading up the costume side of things and textiles for the performers and for the puppets. I will be with the lovely team for 5 weeks up in Nottingham and it is going to be great fun! More photos to follow soon!
